CEO

The Chief Executive Officer is a member of the Board of Directors, executive committee and is a legal member of the Scientific Committee.

The Chief Executive Officer has the prerogatives of art. 17 Statute.

For the purposes of the administrative management referred to in Art.. 20 acts of external importance are submitted to the President.

For the purposes of the opinions provided for in Art.. 18 coordinates with the Scientific Director for the simplification of the related activities.

For the purposes of administrative accounting management, it follows the provisions of Art.. 20 and the following. The MANAGING DIRECTOR may appoint a Treasurer to be submitted for approval by the Board of Directors.
