College of Participants

The Supporters' College consists of the Participating Supporters members in compliance with the relative contribution and/or activity defined according to the art. n. 4 regulation at the time of accession or its changes communicated by the member and approved by the Board of Directors.

The Register of Participating Supporters members is held in digital form in accordance with current regulations and is updated annually every year to the 31 December.

Participation in meetings of the College of Participants is reserved for Participants in compliance with the payments of the Annual Contributions.

The College of Supporters shall meet at least once a year for the expression of the advisory opinion on the four-year and annual level as well as the budget and financial statements. It is convened and chaired by the President of the Foundation.

The College of Supporters, on a proposal from the President, designates each 4 years, within the 30 November, three members of the Board of Directors representing the three categories of the Board on the basis of the number and qualification of the.

The criteria for representation for the designation of the members of the categories are established by the Board of Directors with a resolution approved by a majority of the 2/3 within the first budget of each four-year period
