Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the Board of Directors of the Foundation and the prerogatives are defined by art. 14 Statute.

The Board of Directors meets at least twice a year to approve the four-year and annual Plan, the annual and four-year budget, the final balance sheet. The Council shall, however, be convened by the President whenever it dees the need for such a meeting in accordance with Article 100a of the Treaty.. 14 Statute. The meeting is valid even in the absence of the convocation formalities provided for in art. 14 if all its members are present.

Meetings of the Board of Directors are convened by the Chairman and are valid with the presence of at least the 50% of the members, is physically present at the meeting location, connected by videoconference or teleconference as provided for in art.. 14 Statute, in addition to the President.

If a board member, with the exception of the founders, does not participate in three consecutive sessions without justified reason lapses from office
